Having the lost the elections, majority of the TDP leaders lost their grip in their respective constituencies and districts. The public has forgotten them and in government offices and works, there is no word about them at all. But in one district, TDP and its leader are showing dominance. Despite having a minister from the ruling party in this very district, this TDP leader is the show-stopper and works in constituency should and must have his involvement.

Well, he is former minister Atcchannaidu and he has the authority on many constituencies in the district. On Sunday, the Lakshmipuram Soudem Lift Irrigation project was launched and to this, Atcchannaidu was the chief guest.

YSRCP’s Dharmana Krishnadas is the minister from the district, yet he is getting secondary treatment. At the launch of the irrigation project, officials were on the side of Atcchannaidu instead of the minister.

Srikakulam MP Rammohan Naidu also graced the launch event as guest and in his social media, he posted that his ‘Babai’ Atcchannaidu did the honours of opening the project. The young MP shared a picture and we can see minister Krishnadas being behind Atcchannaidu and Ram Mohan Naidu.

In the recent elections, YSRCP made a huge wave including in Srikakulam. Yet Atcchannaidu and Ram Mohan Naidu won from here and proved that there are the strongest leaders in the district.

Even though in the photo shared by Rammohan Naidu has minister Krishnadas’ name on the top, the TDP leader wrote on his Facebook wall that his ‘Babai’ Atcchannaidu opened the project. By doing so, Rammohan Naidu made a point clear that he and his ‘Babai’ are the real kings of Srikakulam be it any party in government.

At the same time, YSRCP is not liking this. Leaders from the district are unhappy with minister Krishnadas for not being able to strengthen the party. “Our minister is hesitating and is not doing much. So Kinjarapu family leaders still feel that they are in government and have their influence in the district,” said a YSRCP leader.
