Culture Ministry Moscow Delegation Meets Megastar Chiranjeevi!

The Tollywood industry is not regional anymore. Thanks to the current Pan-India trend, the Industry reached places and displayed its capabilities. Tollywood cinema reached the global stage and RRR won the prestigious Oscars. RRR received a big applause from the global audience. This is the growth of Tollywood.

Now we might see a massive collaboration as it looks like it is on the cards. The reason for this is that a delegation of the Culture Ministry of Moscow met Megastar Chiranjeevi at his residence. The main motto of the meeting is to explore the chances of collaboration between Russia and the Indian / Telugu Film Industry.

Chiranjeevi is the right pick for the meetings given his legacy. As a veteran member of the film industry, Chiranjeevi understands every aspect of films and filmmaking. The Mega family is one of the illustrious families and it would be a good start for the possible collaboration.

Talking about the delegation that met the Megastar it includes-Cinema Advisor to the Minister of the Government of Moscow Ms Julia Golubeva, Head of Center for Creative Industries Development, Federal Agency for Strategic Initiatives- Moscow, Ms Ekaterina Cherkez Zade, Director of the Universal University Ms Maria Sitkovskaya and other senior members.

During the interaction, the delegation explained the Creative Industry in Russia and shared thoughts on promoting shootings in Russia. The span of Telugu cinema increased over the years and there are many locations in the country. If the two are combined then we can see a big collaboration. A discussion was also held on the collaborations between the industries.

With this, we can expect a big collaboration. The potential Indian cinema/Tollywood has and the rich locations Russia enjoys can form a great force. India and Russia have been friendly nations for a very long time. With collaboration, the ties can be taken forward.

Kannada hero Yash became a pan-Indian hero thanks to the massive success of ‘KGF’. This two-part action drama made him a darling of the masses across the nation. He took a long time before announcing his next project ‘Toxic: A Tale For Grown-ups’. Also, he is going to be a part of ‘Ramayana: Part 1’ which is going to be directed by Nitesh Tiwari while Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi will be seen as Ram and Sita.

Yash began sharing profits with the production house along with taking a fee right from 2014. This model helped him in securing a huge bag for ‘KGF Chapter 2’. It reportedly earned him over 200 crores and his production banner Monster Mind Creations is having in equal stake in his upcoming film ‘Toxic’ as well. Sources say that he was offered 150 crore for each part of ‘Ramayana’ by Prime Focus banner but Yash decided to become partners and present the film along with Namit Malhotra.
