She struck the right balance of making commercial movies along with concept-based movies impressed the audience big time. While her counterparts like Kajal, Pooja Hegde, and Anushka Shetty are taking 3-4 crores per film, it is Nayanthara who is taking the highest remuneration and is still working under her own set of rules.

There are analysts suggesting that not every film can become highly successful and producers will start to look for other options if some of Nayan’s films fail. But looking at how Nayan continued her journey over the years on her terms and outlasted many star heroines like Kajal, Tamannah, Asin, Genelia and others, we can see her staying in a league of her own for the next couple of years.
