The other day, the makers of Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit officially announced the project. It is heard that Sandeep has penned a never-before canvas story for Prabhas and the latter will be seen as a cop in the film. Now, Prabhas has apparently lined up a couple more big-ticket projects which are due for the official announcement. These projects will be mounted on a pan-India scale as well. While one of these projects will be helmed by Siddhart Anand of WAR fame, the other will be a Prashanth Neel directorial, which will be Prabhas’s second collaboration with the star director after his ongoing project Salaar.
Prabhas will be officially announcing a couple more projects in the next few weeks and more details about the same will be out correspondingly. Of these two projects, Prabhas plans to take the Siddharth Anand directorial onto the floors first. Siddhart is ready with the script already and he will be approaching Prabhas once he is done with his ongoing project Pathan. Mythri Movie Makers will be producing the project and the top production house is willing to spend in upwards of Rs 500 crores on the project. It will be a heavy duty actioner on the lines of WAR and it is heard that this film might be a multi-starrer with a top Bollywood star in the other lead role. But nothing is for certain for now.
In the meanwhile, Prabhas is also set to collaborate with Prashanth Neel again after Salaar. Prashanth has apparently penned a mythological epic subject for Prabhas this time around and the latter is very much impressed with the idea. This project is also likely to start rolling in 2023 or later. The main focus is on Salaar for now, as one would expect. Dil Raju will be bankrolling the second collaboration between Prabhas and Prashanth Neel. If Salaar turns out to be a box office blockbuster, the expectations on this project will hit an all-time high.
Prabhas is currently focused on Salaar and Adipurush. He wishes to complete the shooting for these two projects at the earliest and he will then be taking Nag Ashwin’s Project K onto the floors. It is heard that Prabhas will be taking Project K onto the floors by the end of this year and he then plans to commence shooting for Spirit, a Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial.
