King Khan Shah Rukh Khan is among the big stars in Bollywood and has a massive fan following. His fans have been waiting for the debut of SRK’s son Aryan Khan. before that happen, Aryan Khan stayed in the middle of the headlines due to the infamous drug bust case.

It is known that Aryan Khan and a few others were arrested in connection with an alleged drugs row that was busted on a cruise earlier last year. He was arrested and sent to jail. Aryan Khan got bail after spending around one month in jail over the drugs case.

The enforcement agency Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which probed the matter did not mention Aryan Khan’s name in the charge sheet that was filed a couple of months back. It is said that the investigation officers found no evidence against Aryan Khan that proves allegations against him.

Following this, Aryan Khan knocked on the doors of the special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances(NDPS) to seek directives to get back his passport which he returned at the time of getting bail from the Bombay High Court. Hearing the petition, the court said that the next hearing will be heard on the 13th of this month.

The special court had issued directives to the NCB to give its response to the petition filed by Aryan Khan. Once the passport is returned, then Shah Rukh Khan’s son would be out of the case completely. If that happens, then Aryan Khan can travel without any restrictions.

The NCB might not mention any objections here as no piece of evidence was found against Aryan Khan. Even though NCB has something to say about returning Aryan Khan’s passport, he might challenge the same in the higher court to get rid of the issues he has been facing with the case.

Aryan Khan was arrested as one of the accused in connection with the cruise ship drugs row back in October last year. He was sent to jail and the Bombay High Court gave him a big relief by granting the bail. As bail conditions, Aryan Khan and others were asked to submit their passports and not talk about the case with the media.
