Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film Khaidi No 150 is much awaited for fans. Buzz will usually be high on star hero films and it is further high for Khaidi No 150, since it marks Chiranjeevi’s comeback to films. The film is sure to get record openings because of sankranthi holidays.
Ram Charan is demanding huge sums for distribution rights and buyers who believe in Chiranjeevi’s stamina are paying asking amounts to play a part in the milestone venture of the matinee idol.
It is learnt that, West Godavari rights of Khaidi No 150 are grabbed by Usha Pictures for Rs 4.90 crores (excluding prints and publicity). East pre-release business is expected to be closed at Rs 5.5 crores.
Reason for distributors betting high for Godavari area rights is Chiru who is local man has huge fan base in both the districts and count is huge of his community people there.
Meanwhile, Khaidi No 150 is fast progressing with its shoot, as the makers plan huge promotions from December. VV Vinayak is making the message oriented film engagingly by incorporating commercial ingredients to please fans.
Let’s hope, the 150th film of Chiru will be most memorable for the actor, his fans and also for distributors!
