Tillu Square Gears Up for Release: Behind-the-Scenes Glimpses Revealed

Posted : March 28, 2024 at 12:51 pm IST by ManaTeluguMovies

The much-anticipated sequel to “DJ Tillu,” titled “Tillu Square,” is all set to hit the theaters on March 29, 2024, amidst immense hype and expectations. Siddu Jonnalagadda, who impressed audiences with his performance in the first film, is back in the lead role, aiming to recapture the magic.

As part of the film’s promotions, the team has been actively interacting with the media, revealing interesting tidbits about the making of “Tillu Square.” One such revelation came to light during a recent interview, where discussions focused on an instance involving actress Anupama Parameswaran.

Parameswaran reportedly expressed frustration due to scheduling conflicts. Her commitments to juggling 4-5 films simultaneously made it difficult to allocate the necessary time and dates required for “Tillu Square.” This situation, according to the film’s producer, Naga Vamsi, resulted in her displaying a short temper. Vamsi further claimed that this isn’t an isolated incident, as a similar occurrence took place during the production of “A Aa,” another film produced by the same banner eight years ago, featuring Parameswaran.

Vamsi, however, went on to assure audiences that Parameswaran will be seen in a glamorous avatar in “Tillu Square.” Siddu Jonnalagadda echoed this sentiment, adding that Parameswaran delivers a commendable performance in the film.

Interestingly, Jonnalagadda also revealed that, similar to “DJ Tillu,” “Tillu Square” was not filmed based on a pre-written script. He elaborated that the story unfolded organically during production.

The film boasts contributions from Ram Miryala as the music composer, Bheems Ceciroleo for the background score, and a talented cast overseen by director Mallik Ram. “Tillu Square” will be presented by Srikara Studios, while Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, the production houses behind the first film, return for the sequel.

Sai Prakash Ummadisingu handled the cinematography, Navin Nooli served as the editor, and AS Prakash took on the role of art director. Notably, Siddu Jonnalagadda himself is credited with the screenplay.

With these behind-the-scenes details emerging, the excitement surrounding “Tillu Square” continues to mount. Audiences eagerly await the film’s release, anticipating a captivating story and a strong performance by the lead actors.
