Shraddha Srinath, often celebrated for her versatility, recently intrigued fans with an interesting revelation. The actress, who wowed audiences in Victory Venkatesh’s Saindhav, disclosed that she had turned down Vishwak Sen’s Falaknuma Das. Explaining her decision, Shraddha admitted that the film’s storyline didn’t resonate with her creative instincts, leading her to decline the offer.
Speaking at the pre-release event for her upcoming film Mechanic Rocky, Shraddha revisited the decision with poise. She acknowledged that while Falaknuma Das wasn’t her preference, she admired Vishwak Sen’s vision and expressed her willingness to work with him in the future. Fans are eagerly anticipating their collaboration in Mechanic Rocky, set to release this Friday.
Directed by Raviteja Mullapudi, Mechanic Rocky stars Meenakshi Chaudhary alongside Shraddha, with a stellar supporting cast featuring Naresh, Sunil, Hyper Aadi, and Harsha Vardhan. Produced by SRT Entertainments with music by Jakes Bejoy, the film has created considerable buzz. With Shraddha and Vishwak teaming up for the first time, expectations are running high for this action-packed entertainer.
Besides Mechanic Rocky, Shraddha is also busy working on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Daaku Maharaaj. Reflecting on her hectic schedule, she humorously remarked, “Turning down films doesn’t mean turning down life. If I hadn’t saved my energy back then, how else would I juggle a mechanic and a dacoit in the same year?”
