AP finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said today that Jagan immaturity and his political vindictiveness was exposed in his demand for debate on capital issue before CM’s declaration on the capital issue in the assembly after a cabinet decision.
Yanamala said at Tirupati that the cabinet decisions are announced in the assembly as mater of tradition and any debate is allowed later. ‘What Jagan is saying has no sense, it exposes his immaturity. There could be debate even after declaration in the house. How can there be a debate on an issue decided by the state cabinet’ he quipped.
Speaker Kodela Shivaprasad Rao said that there was nothing wrong if the debate came before or after the declaration. ‘Normally there is a debate only on a statement and not before’ he said. TDP MLA D Narendera said all MLAs could give their opinions after the CM’s declaration.
