Nandamuri hero Kalyan Ram recently left no stone unturned in achieving the perfect look for his upcoming socio-fantasy film ‘Bimbisara’.

The talented actor, who is portraying the character of King Bimbisara in the movie, had gone through a remarkable body transformation. The role required him to lose 13 kgs, as he dropped from 88 kg to 75 kg. Ram hit the gym regularly and also ate super healthy to attain a desirable body.

Meanwhile, Bimbisara is carrying good expectations among the movie buffs. The movie, which is directed Mallidi Vashisht, was shot on a grand scale with Kalyan Ram funding it heavily, besides playing the lead role.

Set to hit the screens on August 5th, Bimbisara has Catherine Tresa and Samyuktha Menon in the female lead roles while Warina Hussain will be seen in a key role. Chirantan Bhatt is the composer for the songs, and MM Keeravani has given the background score for the film.
