Earlier it was Nayak and Seethamma Vaakitlo, and this year it is ‘1 Nenokkadine’ and ‘Yevadu’. Directed by Sukumar, Mahesh’s intellectual flick ‘1’ hasn’t struck a chord with cine lovers and failed to click at box office. At the same time, Yevadu made a fortune though it is made up of regular masala content. Recently it is being publicized that both the movies have completed their 100 days of successful run in theatres. The irony here is about how many theatres that are playing these flicks on 100th day.
Mahesh ‘1 Nenokkadine’ has completed 100 days run at just ‘1’ theatre in Tatipaka, East Godavari district. But Charan managed to outshine Mahesh as his ‘Yevadu’ got ‘3’ theatres playing the movie for 100 days. At Gudivada, Adoni, and Emmiganuru, Yevadu celebrated its 100 days run.
