With the statement of Dil Raju at the audio launch of ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’, the equations have gone for a drastic change. The Dussehra season which was supposed to be a clash between Jr NTR and Pawan Kalyan has now turned into a battle between Jr NTR and Mahesh Babu.
While speaking at the event, Dil Raju commented out of excitement that ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’ will be the highest revenue generating film on his banner and also in NTR’s career as well. With this statement, one reaches to the conclusion that NTR is no more competing with Pawan but competing with either himself or Mahesh.
Until now, Sri Venkateswara Creations biggest hit is Mahesh Babu starrer ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ which raked in a mammoth share of Rs 51 crore. On the other hand, NTR’s biggest hit ‘Baadshah’ generated a revenue of Rs 46 crore in share. Tarak has to enter Rs 50 crore club to prove Dil Raju’s judgement is right and the specialty would be the first-time factor. Only Pawan, Mahesh and Charan have delivered Rs 50 crore films till date. So, Young Tiger is up for a big challenge!
