Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao continues to breathe fire on his Andhra Pradesh counterpart, Chandra Babu Naidu. Speaking in a press conference on Wednesday night over the letter written by Chandra Babu on the fees reimbursement issue, KCR said that it is the internal affair of Telangana state and Chandra Babu has no business in it whatsoever.

To put it directly in his words, KCR said, “Maaku neetho entha avasaram undho? Neeku maatho anthe avasaram undhi. Ollu daggara pettukuni pani chesuko. (You need us as much as we need you. Be careful and work in your limits). KCR is very particular about not involving Chandra Babu in the affairs of Telangana. KCR’s son, KTR even on several occasions ridiculed that Chandra Babu is same to them as Karnataka Chief Minister.

To distance himself from the ongoing controversy, KCR decided to cancel the current Fees Reimbursement program started by the then Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy and continued by the later Congress governments. KCR will be starting a new scheme in the place of fees reimbursement which will benefit Telangana students according to KCR’s native role – “Only to the students whose families reside in Telangana before 1956, the year the United state came in to existence.
