The acquisition involved a substantial stamp duty payment of Rs 1.84 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Previously, Prithviraj and his wife Supriya Menon purchased another luxury apartment in Pali Hill valued at Rs 17 crore. His recent purchase indicates a strategic investment in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, known for its celebrity residents and high property values.
