The Indian box office has seen a lull in recent weeks, with no major releases performing exceptionally well since “Tillu Square.” Moviegoers’ attention seems to be captured by the ongoing elections. This has resulted in a delay for the highly anticipated film “Gangs Of Godavari,” which was originally scheduled to release on May 17th.

Directed by Krishna Chaitanya and produced by Sithara Entertainments, “Gangs Of Godavari” has been generating excitement for a significant period. The makers even released a “10 days left” poster to build anticipation. However, reports suggest another change in the release date.

Actor Vishwak Sen, known for his unconventional roles, is known for taking on unique storylines. In March, he appeared in “Gaami,” a film where he portrayed an Aghora. This time, he’s set to deliver a mass-oriented performance in “Gangs Of Godavari.” According to reports, the film follows the journey of a young man’s rise to power as a political leader.
