Another Mega Hero Taking ‘Horror’ Route
The Telugu audience has been particularly receptive of well-made horror films in the past and they continue to do so in the future as well. Not so long ago, Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej entertained the audience with Virupaksha which falls under the same category and the film grossed Rs 100 crore at the box office.
Now, the stage is set for another Mega hero to explore this horror genre and it is none other than Varun Tej. Apparently, he has set up a horror comedy film with director Merlapaka Gandhi and the film is bound to commence production soon.
As per reports, this film will be shot on a large scale and it will have multiple special attractions apart from the conventional horror elements. The film is reportedly titled Korean Kanakaraju and Varun will be seen as a Rayalaseema backdrop guy in the same. The film will apparently have unique traits despite falling under horror tropes, say reports.
As it appears, the Telugu audience is bound for more horror elements in the days to follow as we have Prabhas’s Raja Saab lined up for release and then, there is the upcoming film featuring Varun which is to be announced soon.
