Sundeep Kishan grabs “Rising Star” Award at SIIMA

Sundeep Kishan has been underrated as an actor over years but he proved his mettle in his recent Tamil films, Captain Miller and Raayan. Interestingly, being a Telugu actor he is receiving praises for his performances in Tamil Cinema.

While many Tamil stars and actors have found appreciation in Telugu, it has been rare for Telugu actors to find this level appreciation from Tamil Cinema. It is an achievement to say the least for a Telugu actor to receive “Rising Star” award for his Tamil releases.

Sundeep Kishan achieved this rare feat at recently held SIIMA awards in Dubai. He got “Rising Star” award for his incredible performances in Captain Miller and Raayan. It is no mean feat to receive such tremendous appreciation with an actor like Dhanush in frame.

Adding to it, Tamil Cinema isn’t devoid of great performers and there are many who bait for such an award. In such a tough competition, Sundeep Kishan, being a Telugu hero received this special recognition. He has many more interesting projects coming up to keep up this success streak.

The floods caused a lot of damage to the livelihood of people and many Tollywood celebrities have donated money to Chief Minister relief funds in order to help the needy. Jetty hero Krishna Manineni’s efforts over the past 8 years through his ‘100 Dreams’ Foundation have now been appreciated by Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan himself.

Krishna Manineni and his 100 Dreams Foundation team extended numerous forms of support to those affected in the flood-hit areas. This came to the notice of the actor-politician and he invited Krishna to his office. The young hero handed over Rs10 lakhs as a donation to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan which earned the appreciation of the ‘OG’ hero.

Recently, following the unexpected rains in Vijayawada which caused severe flooding and rendered thousands of people homeless. Krishna Manineni and his ‘100 Dreams’ Foundation activity was appreciated by Pawan a lot. Krishna expressed his happiness at being warmly welcomed by Power Star. He stated, “We will remain indebted to Pawan Kalyan for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet us and offer his congratulations.”

He mentioned that Pawan Kalyan listened attentively to the services provided by the 100 Dreams Foundation, praised their efforts, and blessed them to undertake more good initiatives in the future. Hope his good work continues for many years to come!
