Venkatesh and Meena starrer Drushyam 2, the Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster Drishyam 2 is up for direct to OTT release. The makers have unveiled a teaser to announce the OTT release date of the Venkatesh starrer.
The teaser suggests that Drushyam 2 is a faithful remake of Drishyam 2, which turned out to be a blockbuster.
Venkatesh and Meena in the central roles carry the right intensity. Especially, Venkatesh, who plays a troubled father who has to save his family as the police come sniffing around appears to have come up with a winning act.
Jeethu Joseph who directed the original is now helming the Telugu remake as well and he seems to have stuck to the nuances of the original.
Drushyam 2 arrives on Amazon Prime Video on the 25th of November. The same is confirmed through the teaser.
