Mega Prince Varun Tej is all set to hit the screens with ‘Ghani’ on 8th April 2022. Varun Tej will be seen as a boxer in this sports drama directed by Kiran Korrapati. It is Varun’s 10th film and the trailer which came out a few weeks back got a terrific response. The three songs from Thaman were well received too.

The promotions are yet to begin but the hype around this film has made the film to go for fancy rates. Trade pundits claim that the satellite and digital rights were sold for 25 crores. As per reports, the makers are expecting around 50 crores from theatrical rights. Since Varun is on a hit tun right now, the buyers are ready to give big bucks to the makers. But with ‘Ghani’ releasing in the middle of ‘RRR’ and ‘KGF 2′, we need to see if it gets such huge numbers at the box office or not.

Ghani’ is a sports drama which has Saiee Manjrekar playing the female lead. Kannada star Upendra and Bollywood senior star Suniel Shetty will be seen playing crucial roles in this project. Fans are eagerly waiting for this film to hit the screens. It is the 10th film in Varun Tej’s career and Kiran Korrapati is making his directorial debut with this crazy project.

Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby have bankrolled this project under Renaissance Pictures and Allu Bobby Company banners. Happening music composer Thaman is working on the music while George C Williams is the director of photography. Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor for this sports drama while Nadhiya, Naveen Chandra and others play crucial roles.
