Beleaguered Jayalalithaa, who is presently serving her jail term in Bangalore Central Jail following her conviction in Disproportionate Assets case, has reportedly refused to wear jail uniform- a white saree with a blue border- provided by jail authorities. Jaya apparently behaving a law unto herself in jail by flouting the rules and regulations, say few media reports.

Meanwhile, agitations and protests outside the jail in support of Jaya by pro-Jaya supporters and her aficionados have reached sky. It’s tough time for security personnel to handle the protesters. With this Karnataka government is said to be mulling over Jaya to a Tamil Nadu prison. But nothing has been finalized yet. Jaya was convicted for possessing disproportionate assets to the tune of Rs 66.65 Crore. It is alleged that she has much more unaccounted money, assets. Well, this is no surprise in Indian politics as “convicted” and “accused” politicians like Jaya, Jagan and others continue to bluff people.
