It is known that AR Rahman is in the midst of many social media discussions over the last few days after the divorce saga involving himself and his wife Saira Banu. Incidentally, just hours after Rahman announced his divorce, his bassist, Mohini Dey also announced separation from her husband.
This led to a quick trash talk on this matter as a few netizens crossed the line and linked the Rahman breakup saga to the divorce of Mohini Dey. There was some ugly retort on this matter as people started passing ugly remarks.
On this matter, Rahman’s son Ameen has reacted and he has a set of thought-provoking comments to make as he spoke from the bottom of his heart. In a fresh media interaction, Ameen said that it pains to see a sensitive topic like this father’s divorce being dragged on social media for such trash talk.
Ameen reportedly revealed that he is pained to see his father’s divorce saga being linked to that of the female member of his team’s divorce matter. He opined that social media should be more lenient on such sensitive topics and give some breathing space to the people involved.
It is evident that the detrimental talk on social media has led to the main people involved with such sensitive topics being deeply scarred. This is perhaps a call for social media users to be more sensible about such matters.
