How Does Nagarjuna See Chay-Sobhita Bonding?
The Akkineni household is set to welcome their new daughter-in-law very soon in the form of Sobhita Dulipala who is currently engaged to Naga Chaitanya and will be tying the knot with him this December. When asked about the same, Nagarjuna had a very interesting and contentful answer.
Nag revealed that he knew Sobhita even before she started dating Naga Chaitanya and opined that the former is a very calm person by nature. He said Sobhita lives her life on her own terms and this is exactly the kind of traits that Chaitanya also likes.
“They two complement each other very well. It makes me very proud and pleased to see them make each other happy. They share a very fun and rewarding bonding. They are always enjoying each other’s company and that is a sign of a healthy bonding. I am very happy that they two get to spend the rest of their lives together.” Nag stated.
It is evident that Nagarjuna is super happy with the kind of rapport Chay and Sobhita share and he appears to be fully ready to greet them on the new phase in their lives as they are getting married in a few days from now in Hyderabad.

AR Rahman Like a Father: Mohini’s Bold Reply!
Sometimes, even the cleanest strings on a bass can get tangled in unnecessary noise. AR Rahman’s former guitarist, Mohini Dey, recently found herself in the middle of an unexpected storm, with rumors linking her personal life to the legendary composer himself. Taking to social media, she played a clear and firm note, addressing the speculations with grace and a touch of frustration.
In a heartfelt video, Mohini explained, “AR Rahman is like a father to me. I’ve been fortunate to have many father figures and role models in my life, and he’s one of them.” She emphasized their bond is purely professional and familial, noting the age proximity between Rahman and her own father. Reflecting on her eight-and-a-half years as Rahman’s bassist before moving on to the U.S., Mohini highlighted their mutual respect and the meaningful role Rahman played in her musical journey.
The rumors emerged amidst Mohini’s own personal challenges, as she navigates the painful process of divorce. Addressing the public, she urged kindness and privacy, reminding everyone that speculations can exacerbate already difficult times. “It’s a personal matter and a painful process, so please be kind,” she requested, her words resonating as a plea for compassion. As Mohini wrapped up her video, she asked for her critics to stop plucking at the wrong strings.
“AR Rahman is younger than my dad, people!” she quipped, perhaps hoping that this bit of logic might silence the noise. Whether it does or not, Mohini’s grace and dignity remind us all that sometimes, the best basslines are the ones that speak volumes without unnecessary drama.
