After the exit of Prakash Raj from Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Dil Raju has been in search of finding an apt replacement for the versatile actor. After considering various names such as Nazar, Mukesh Rushi, Chandra Mohan, Sathya Raj etc Dil Raju finally decided to cast Bollywood senior actor Anupam Kher.

Talks have been on and Anupam Kher doing the father role in SVSC is almost confirmed in that role. However, the actor said that nothing has been finalized yet. But buzz from Tollywood circles say he would be essaying the father role in SVSC. With Anupam’s inclusion, there is another change done to the star cast of this film.

Jayasudha who was supposed to do the mother’s character will now be replaced by Jayaprada. Exact reason for Jayasudha’s replacement is not known. Jayaprada and Anupam Kher recently starred in a Malayalam film Pranayam and that might have something to do with this sudden and unexpected change.
