Ranbir Kapoor’s Blockbuster Storm: 6 Films to Dominate the Decade!
Ranbir Kapoor’s career has been much like a roller coaster-full of exhilarating highs and stomach-dropping lows. Once labeled Bollywood’s rising star, he initially struggled to cement his place despite powerful performances in films like Rockstar, Tamasha, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Yet, even with his undeniable acting chops, blockbuster success seemed elusive, until fate-and the birth of his daughter Raha-decided to give him a generous second chance. With the monstrous success of Animal, Ranbir has now catapulted into an unstoppable force, seemingly ready to own the box office for years to come.
Following the success of Animal, Ranbir Kapoor has inked deals for six major releases scheduled between 2026 and 2029. This star-studded lineup sees him collaborating with celebrated directors across genres, setting the stage for an impressive cinematic spree. The release roster kicks off with Love & War, a Sanjay Leela Bhansali epic, slated for Eid 2026, followed by the long-awaited Ramayana adaptation directed by Nitesh Tiwari on Diwali that same year. Each film in this lineup promises to showcase Ranbir at his finest, as he works to carve a legacy that echoes through Bollywood’s corridors.
Ranbir’s tightly packed schedule resembles that of a superstar at the peak of his powers, orchestrating a blockbuster pipeline. Love & War is already in production, expected to wrap by summer 2025, and Ramayana will soon follow. However, the most electrifying news for fans might just be the Dhoom reboot, where Ranbir steps into the world of high-octane action as the leading man. Filming is expected to start in late 2025, setting the stage for a major release in 2027. And just in case that’s not enough, he’s also set to reunite with Sandeep Reddy Vanga for Animal Park, currently penciled in for a 2029 release, with whispers of a collaboration with Rajkumar Hirani in the air as well.
In a decade where stars often play it safe, Ranbir seems intent on delivering one jaw-dropping spectacle after another. As his line-up shapes up to include releases in every major festival slot-Eid, Diwali, and beyond-it’s clear he’s betting big. Whether or not he succeeds in this audacious attempt remains to be seen, but if Animal’s success is anything to go by, this Kapoor seems more like a lion on a mission. And as they say, a lion doesn’t lose sleep over the opinions of sheep-or, in this case, over critics predicting his next flop. So buckle up, because Ranbir’s cinematic safari is only just beginning, and he’s definitely brought more than enough popcorn for the ride.

How Is Thaman Managing 3 Big Films?
Thaman is one of the biggest names in Telugu cinema when it comes to the musical side of things. He is the most sought-after name for big event films these days and he has started to motor along nicely as well.
Interestingly enough, Thaman has a whopping 3 big films that are in the lineup for him and they are Pushpa 2(BGM works), Game Changer, and Daaku Maharaj. Needless to say, all three of these films are elite league ones and they have a lot riding on them.
Of the three of them, two are pan-Indian films – Pushpa 2 and Game Changer which makes their management all the more tough.
When asked about this, Thaman said he is only a part of Pushpa 2 and he is not composing the entire soundtrack for the film so this makes it easier. He is only working on a part of the BGM works for the film. On the other hand, we have Game Changer and Daaku Maharaj which are up for release coming Sankranthi.
Managing this might not be too much of a challenge for Thaman as they have been in the making for a long time now and he had enough time at hand to deal with them.
