Trisha Entering Bollywood After 15 Years Again!

Star actress Trisha Krishnan entered as the heroine with a Tamil film titled ‘Mounam Pesiyadhe’ back in 2002. Her last outing was blockbuster ‘Leo’ in 2023. This shows the longevity of the actress who has ruled the roost in Tamil and Telugu film industry. Trisha has a huge fanbase and the actress is one of the finest performers in South cinema in the past two decades. Right from the beginning of her career, Trisha managed to strike a fine balance between commercial films as well as roles which had substance.

She showed her versatility by doing a lot of glamorous roles in commercial potboilers, adorable characters in love stories, negative roles in political thrillers, emotional roles in dramas, and action roles in heroine-oriented films too. After her debut, Trisha instantly became a star in Tamil and acted with all the star heroes within the first few years. Same is the case with her Telugu career as well. Her lovely acting ‘Varsham’ got her a crazy following and she went on to act with every star hero in Telugu starting from senior heroes like Chiranjeevi to a young hero like Nithiin in the first 4-5 years.

Trisha tried her luck in Bollywood with ‘Khatta Meetha’ in which she romanced Akshay Kumar. The film got an average response and sources say that she is all set to enter Bollywood once again after 15 years. Salman Khan is working with AR Murugadoss now and this high-budget film is titled ‘Sikander’. Rashmika Mandanna is announced as a heroine already and sources say that Trisha will also be a part of this film. Knowing the actress’ craze, Trisha’s role will be substantial. Trisha is currently working on Chiranjeevi’s ‘Vishwambhara’. She reportedly plays a double role in this movie. She is also the female lead in Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam’s ‘Thug Life’. Her list of upcoming films includes Malayalam movies like ‘Ram’, ‘Identity’ and a thriller movie ‘Vidha Muyarchi’ with Ajith.
