Recently he celebrated his 36th birthday on November 5 2024 in a relaxed way with his wife Anushka Sharma and their two kids Vamika and Akaay. Virat described this as his “most chilled out” birthday yet sharing that the day was mainly special for his daughter.

At a recent HSBC event, in Mumbai Virat was asked if turning a year older had made him wiser. He responded with humor saying “Wiser toh pata nahi (I don’t know about wiser) older for sure.” Reflecting on his quiet birthday at home Virat shared “Probably the most chilled out birthday I’ve had in all these years just with Anushka and our two kids at home. Very relaxed.” He mentioned that the celebration was more for his little girl adding “Basically the birthday was for my daughter; that’s how it is when you have kids.”

On Virat’s birthday, Anushka posted a heartfelt picture on Instagram showing Virat holding both Vamika and Akaay. Although their faces were covered with heart emojis it marked the first photo Anushka shared of their son. She captioned it with a red heart and a nazar amulet emoji to express her love and protectiveness.
