The round the clock non stop shooting schedules have taken heavy toll Shruti Haasan’s health so much that she had to be admitted to a hospital and treated for exhaustion and dehydration.

She has been continuously shooting for “Ramaiya Vasta Vaiya” with director Prabhu Deva in Pune. She just took a day off and travelled to Chennai for some work commitment and collapsed there following which she was rushed to a hospital.As soon as she was discharged, Shruti flew back to Pune to shoot for a song that is being directed by Prabhu Deva himself.
