There’s no denying that director Puri Jagannadh is on a downward spiral of late. Continuing his flop streak, Puri’s latest offing Ism has poured cold water on the hopes of him reviving his career. The film released yesterday got poor reviews from all corners and ended up as one of the disappointing films in the director’s career.

While the fate of Puri’s films with stars Mahesh, NTR is hanging in balance and there’s no confirmation from the stars yet, with ISM receiving brickbats, tough times seem to be ahead for the Pokiri director.

Looks like, it’s clear that director Puri Jagannadh has lost his Midas touch given that in the past he made engaging films like Badri, Idiot, Amma Nanna Tamil Ammayi, Pokiri. And it’s high time Puri needs to sit and take notice of where he is going wrong. Else going gets tough for Puri.
